Deposit Policy

• 50% deposit required with reservation of three or more nights.
• 100% deposit required if stay is less than three nights.
• All payments accepted by VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
• Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are available with 14 days or more of notice of cancellation.
• A Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the value of the reservation will be deducted from the deposit
• There is no refund available for late arrival or early departure.

Additional Information

• Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m.
• On street public parking is available.
• All guest rooms are non-smoking.
• Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated.
• Locked Bicycle storage is available in our basement
• Luggage storage is available after check-out
• Beach towels, chairs, and toys are available to all guests staying at the Madison Inn
