Deposit Policy

• 50% deposit required with reservation of three or more nights.
• 100% deposit required if stay is less than three nights.
• All payments accepted by VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
• Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are available with 7 days or more of notice of cancellation.
• A Cancellation Fee equal to 20% of the value of the reservation will be deducted from the deposit
• There is no refund available for late arrival or early departure.

Additional Information

• Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Check out is 11 a.m.
• On street public parking is available.
• All guest rooms are non-smoking.
• Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated.
• Bicycle parking is available in our basement
