The Madison Inn Policies

Deposit Policy
- 50% deposit required with reservation of three or more nights.
- 100% deposit required if stay is less than three nights.
- All payments accepted by VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
- Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are available with 14 days or more of notice of cancellation.
- A Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the value of the reservation will be deducted from the deposit
- There is no refund available for late arrival or early departure.

Additional Information
- Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m.
- On street public parking is available.
- All guest rooms are non-smoking.
- Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated.
- Locked Bicycle storage is available in our basement
- Luggage storage is available after check-out
- Beach towels, chairs, and toys are available to all guests staying at the Madison Inn
