	Room #16 Room 16 is located in the main building on the first floor off the back hallway. Deposit Policy

50% deposit required with reservation of three or more nights.
100% deposit required if stay is less than three nights.
All payments accepted by VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available with 14 days or more of notice of cancellation.
A Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the value of the reservation will be deducted from the deposit
There is no refund available for late arrival or early departure.
